Mid 40's and Still going Strong....until it happened

Welcome to the New Covered in Bloom of Simpler Times Farm.
The original Covered in Bloom was a huge floriculture company located in Fayette County, Georgia. Beginning in 1994, we grew and grew - not only Green, but to servicing five states, having 18 employees, , 27 greenhouses, 200,000 sf climate controlled, and 10 additional acres - with a full sized Butterfly Conservatory, Covered in Butterflies. Sadly, Covered in Bloom closed its doors in December of 2004. By the end of 2005, we had dismantled and were moving on.
The next phase will be smaller.............much smaller. Like 1 -4 employees (my children and I) and maybe 6 Greenhouses - And what's great about it - It began with a Divine Appointment by the Mighty Greenhouse Builder Himself! The same One who gave me a blueprint in which to start again!
Construction of My Personal Butterfly Sanctuary has Begun in Memory of my Father, David Hardy, who was the original builder of Covered in Bloom. Although this Sanctuary will be about 2,000 sf smaller than the one in Fayetteville, the Angels in Heaven will have a celebration as each Butterfly flutters his wings!
